"There is a long-running series of games from Japan called "Darius" which feature spaceships disguised as robotic fish, and most prominently a coelacanth which they call "King Fossil". (Pictured above) This version of him doesn't look too much like a real coelacanth..., but later versions of him look a bit more accurate. The game doesn't have a very conservation-friendly theme though, since you actually have to blow up the coelacanth in order to keep playing...!!"
